Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology classes are 1 hour in duration and held at Empower Gym, 140 Unley Road, UNLEY SA

You must complete an exercise assessment with one of our Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologist prior to joining any of our classes.

02. Do I need a doctor's referral to join a class?

While a doctor’s referral is not required for most classes, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, especially if you’re recovering from an injury or managing a chronic condition. Our team can also work with your healthcare provider to create a personalised plan that suits your needs.

03. How are the classes tailored to my specific needs?

Each class is designed with flexibility in mind. Our expert instructors assess your current fitness level, rehabilitation status, and goals, and adjust the exercises accordingly to ensure you get the most out of each session. We also offer one-on-one consultations for more personalised care.
